The main conctractors engaged in construction of the object were:
· Energoinvest from Sarajevo worked out the design documentation and Energoprojekt from Belgrade updated it.
· GIK Hidrogradnja Sarajevo - main construction works.
· Metalna-Maribor - assembling of mechanical and hydromechanical equipment.
· Rade Končar, Zagreb generators.
· Energoinvest, Sarajevo - elektromechanical equipment.
· Minel, Belgrade transformers.
· Toshiba, Japan - turbines (supervision).
· Geoinžinjering, Sarajevo and Geosonda, Belgrade - anti-leaking and consolidation works
· Partizanski put-Belgrade, Planum-Zemun, Put-Sarajevo, Gradis-Maribor - construction of roads and 50 more companies for minor works.
· Skilled technical supervision and realization of the project was done by HPP on the Drina.
