3. Review and recommendations on report of an independent auditor on audit of financial statements for 2009. year;
4. Recommendations on draft decision on profit sharing of "Hydroelectric Power station on Drina river" sc Visegrad made in 2009 business year;
5. Review and recommendations for adoption of Business Report of "Hydroelectric Power Plants on Drina river" sc Visegrad for I-III 2010;
6. Consideration and adoption of report on internal audit liabilities as of 31.12.2009. year;
